Footer Nav Column

A column of links in the Footer, pulled from one of the store’s navigation menus. The production footer has four: Shop, Learn, Support and For Professionals.

The links themselves are edited in Content → Menus in the Shopify admin, not here. This block only chooses which menu to show and what to call it.

Settings

Setting	What it does
Menu	Which navigation menu supplies the links.
Title	The column heading. Leave blank to use the menu’s own name.

Where it’s used

Only inside the Footer. Unlike the other footer blocks, these you can add, reorder and remove freely.

It behaves differently on mobile

On desktop every column sits open with its heading above the links. On mobile each column collapses into a tappable row with a chevron, so the footer doesn’t turn into an endless list. That switch is automatic — there’s no setting for it.

An empty menu hides the whole column

If neither Menu nor Title is set, the column doesn’t render at all. If a column is missing from the footer, check that its menu still exists in Content → Menus — a deleted or renamed menu breaks the connection silently.

Tips

• Keep headings to one or two words. They’re set fairly large and sit in a row of four; “For Professionals” is about the longest that still balances.
• Edit the links in the menu, not here. Adding a link to the menu adds it to the footer immediately, and the same menu can be reused elsewhere.
