Footer Disclaimers

The two required disclaimers in the Footer: the general “not a substitute for medical advice” text, and the FDA statement in an outlined box beside it.

They sit side by side on desktop and stack on mobile, with the boxed one second.

Settings

Boxed disclaimer	The disclaimer shown inside an outlined box on the right. Rich text.

Leave either blank and only the other one renders; leave both blank and the whole block disappears.

Where it’s used

Only inside the Footer, as a fixed part of the layout.

This is regulated copy — don’t edit it casually

Both statements are compliance text for a dietary supplement. The boxed one is the FDA’s required wording:

These statements have not been evaluated by the Food and Drug Administration. This product is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease.

It must appear, and it must appear verbatim. Deleting it, softening it, or paraphrasing it puts the store out of compliance. Any change to either field goes through the client’s compliance review first — including “just tidying up the wording”.
